My name is Liz George, and I’m the founder of the Thriving Elite Mindset—a science-backed system designed to help high achievers and health-directed individuals reach optimal mental wellbeing.

With over 25 years of professional experience, I’ve supported both men and women, particularly high-performing professionals navigating the pressures of demanding careers, responsibilities, and high personal expectations.

My career spans a wide range of settings, including corporate wellbeing

programmes, Occupational Health environments, and Employee Assistance Programmes. I’ve also held clinical roles within both NHS and private sectors. I’ve trained extensively in psychological therapy services across London, including prestigious clinics such as Harley Street, and continue to receive regular referrals from GPs and healthcare consultants. In 2002, I established my own independent practice and became the lead therapist at a multidisciplinary clinic comprised of doctors, nurses, gynaecologists, and psychiatrists—building a strong and trusted in-house referral network.

I specialise in treating anxiety, stress, depression, and various other mental
health challenges. My approach combines evidence-based therapies such as CBT with empathy, practicality, and compassion.

Having faced my own mental health challenges in my twenties, I know how
overwhelming emotional struggles can be. This personal journey inspires my commitment to delivering effective, evidence-based programmes combined with exceptional service that leads to real, lasting transformations.
